Karl turned my iron fitting into a fantastic experience. He kept trying different shafts until he was sure I was fitted perfectly. There was a bit of a wait for the shafts I ordered, but Karl always kept me informed. I've used the irons now, and they are amazing; my doubts about needing a fitting have been cleared up. I'd suggest getting an iron fitting with him to anyone.
